Tivoli Boy’s EP, A Fairytale – Chapter One, revisits a 1995 recording that serves as the opening chapter of a long-running musical and philosophical narrative. Emerging from the Norwegian underground of the early ’90s, the project moved beyond youthful rebellion toward darker questions about extinction, faith, hell, and humanity’s destination. These early songs frame the story’s descent into darkness, while the forthcoming Chapter Four promises a radically different endpoint: paradise. That contrast gives this archival EP fresh relevance rather than making it feel historical. With an acoustic, vinyl-oriented continuation on the horizon, Chapter One becomes an intriguing time capsule and the first piece of a 31-year musical journey, with Chapter Four arriving in November.
