Lyons Lane’s debut EP You’ll Talk About It! gives vintage American sounds a lively modern makeover. The Michigan five-piece combines rockabilly swagger, doo-wop harmonies, mid-century character and alternative-rock energy without feeling stuck in the past. Their songs balance humor and heart, exploring romance, heartbreak, fixation and pride through sharp storytelling. Recorded over two years at Rustbelt Studios with producer Jake Halkey, the release reflects a band that has clearly honed its identity. The group’s spirited reinterpretation of Love Potion No. 9 helped attract widespread attention, while nearly two million Spotify streams and a sold-out hometown show demonstrate growing momentum. This is retro-inspired music with plenty of contemporary personality.
