appetiteapple’s thirteen-track album, Gratitudes, turns a deeply personal lesson into an intimate DIY album shaped entirely by one artist. Drawing from childhood reminders to appreciate others, the record follows a long path toward confidently expressing gratitude through music. Recorded, arranged, mixed, mastered, and visually designed independently, it reflects a singular creative vision. Its sound nods toward 1990s Britpop while creating atmospheric instrumental passages suited to immersive listening. Hello To Strangers evokes the image of someone crossing a green hill, aware that a welcoming presence awaits, while Matter Of Decision carries a determined energy, suggesting resilience and personal strength. Together, these songs make Gratitudes feel reflective, sincere, and quietly uplifting.
